1.概述

基于在運(yùn)輸機(jī)械、采石、發(fā)電、木材加工等行業(yè)預(yù)防事故的嚴(yán)格安全措施，使得安全拉線開(kāi)關(guān)的應(yīng)用也成為必要的技術(shù)。所謂危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域是指無(wú)安全保護(hù)裝置運(yùn)動(dòng)著的機(jī)器部件。與緊急按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)相比，可在拉線任何一處來(lái)動(dòng)作開(kāi)關(guān)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)安全保護(hù)作用。

2.工作原理
把檢測(cè)器掛在相應(yīng)的地方，當(dāng)物料升高或擠壓檢測(cè)器時(shí)，使檢測(cè)器傾斜25°角以上，不管朝哪個(gè)方向傾斜，使檢測(cè)器斷開(kāi)。當(dāng)物料清除離開(kāi)時(shí),檢測(cè)器復(fù)位,保持常閉狀態(tài)。

3.應(yīng)用范圍
1、溜槽或轉(zhuǎn)接處堵塞探測(cè)。

2、輸送機(jī)屁帶跑偏探測(cè)。

3、翻車機(jī)卸料探測(cè)。
4、用于皮帶或振動(dòng)給料機(jī)有料或缺料探測(cè)。
