1.概述
速度開關(guān)結(jié)合了施耐德傳感器的先進(jìn)技術(shù)和國內(nèi)速度傳感器的實(shí)際應(yīng)用開發(fā)而成(又名速度傳感器、低速開關(guān)、速度開關(guān)、打滑開關(guān))本產(chǎn)品主要用于皮帶輸送機(jī)、提升機(jī)、螺旋輸送機(jī)、研磨機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、泵、離心干火機(jī)、攪拌機(jī)和除塵器等轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備,對皮帶打滑、皮帶斷裂、卡轉(zhuǎn)、慢轉(zhuǎn)、動(dòng)軸剪切和過載、傳動(dòng)鏈(帶)脫落等機(jī)械故障能及時(shí)處理,起到保護(hù)設(shè)備減少損失。
2.工作原理
速度開關(guān)不同于接近開關(guān)主要區(qū)別在于內(nèi)部裝有延時(shí)電路,他可根據(jù)被動(dòng)軸不同的轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)整內(nèi)部延時(shí)來達(dá)到保護(hù)設(shè)備的卡死堵轉(zhuǎn),速度開關(guān)安裝在被動(dòng)軸上如圖1他是通過裝在被傳動(dòng)軸上的檢測片,利用電磁感應(yīng)的原理給速度開關(guān)脈沖信號(當(dāng)檢測片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到離速度開關(guān)4-8毫米距離時(shí)為一個(gè)脈沖),以圖一為例:通電瞬間速度開關(guān)通過串連的繼電器使繼電器吸合延時(shí)為設(shè)定的秒數(shù),設(shè)備被動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一圈需要給速度開關(guān)兩個(gè)脈沖,如果速度開關(guān)設(shè)定在8秒,設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一圈小于8秒,速度開關(guān)通過串連的繼電器無動(dòng)作(繼電器保持吸合)當(dāng)設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一圈大于8秒,速度開關(guān)認(rèn)為已發(fā)生卡死堵轉(zhuǎn),通過串連的繼電器使電繼器跳脫(繼電器斷電),保護(hù)設(shè)備。
3.使用與安裝
所有的傳動(dòng)裝置,如螺旋輸送機(jī)、提升機(jī)、皮帶輸送機(jī)、拉鏈機(jī)、破碎機(jī)等都應(yīng)在其被傳動(dòng)軸處(機(jī)器尾端)進(jìn)行安裝。
4.注意
安裝示意圖中旋轉(zhuǎn)速度監(jiān)測儀的安裝位置視具體情況:而定,不必拘泥于圖,在不影響正常工作的前提下只要滿足“單位時(shí)間內(nèi)給探頭間隔均勻的脈沖信號”這個(gè)條件即可。

1.Features
The speed switch is developed by combining the advanced technology of Schneider sensors and the practical application ofdomestic speed sensors(also known as speed sensors, low speed switches, speed switches, slip switches).This product ismainly used in belt conveyors, elevators, screw conveyors, grinders, crushers, pumps,centrifugal dryers, mixers and dustcollectors, etc.Mechanical failures such as shearing and overloading of the moving shaft, and falling of the transmission chain(belt) can be handled in time to protect the equipment and reduce losses.
2.Working Principle
The speed switch is different from the proximity switch.The main difference is that it has a delay circuit inside. lt can adjust theinternal delay according to the different speeds of the passive shaft to achieve the stall of the protection device.The detectionpiece mounted on the driven shaftuses the principle of electromagnetic induction to give a pulse signal to the speed switch (apulse when the detection piece rotates to a distance of 4-8 mm from the speed switch).The following figure is an example:Themoment the power is turned on, the speed switch makes the relay pull-in delay to a set number of seconds through a series ofrelays. One rotation of the passive axis of the device requires two pulses to the speed switch. The device rotates for less than 8seconds, and the speed switch does not operate through the serially connected relays (the relays remain closed). When thedevice rotates one turn for more than 8 seconds, the speed switch considers that a stall has occurred.The relay is tripped (relayde-energized) through a series of relays to protect the device.
3.Use & lnstallation
All ransmission devices, such as screw conveyors, hoists, belt conveyors,zippers, crushers, etc., should be installed at thedriven shaft (end of the machine).
4.Notes
The installation position of the rotation speed monitor in the installation diagram depends on the specifi situation it oes notneed to be constrained by the diagram.As long as it does not affect the normal work, it only needs to meet the condition of "pulsesignals uniformly spaced to the probe within a unit time".
