1.概述
本品適用于檢測(cè)帶式輸送機(jī)在運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的膠帶與主滾筒之間的打滑,防止打滑所造成的惡性事故,該產(chǎn)品還適用于多條膠帶機(jī)聯(lián)鎖或停機(jī)。為膠帶機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行提供可靠的檢測(cè)手段。
2.工作原理
本產(chǎn)品在工作過(guò)程中,剛接通電源時(shí),延時(shí)10秒工作指示燈1和2均亮繼電器不動(dòng)作,延時(shí)之后通過(guò)兩路光電傳感器檢測(cè)帶速信號(hào),然后輸入控制箱內(nèi),經(jīng)微電腦(CPU)顯示并計(jì)算得出實(shí)際的帶速送顯示器,同時(shí)與預(yù)置帶速進(jìn)行比較,當(dāng)帶速低于設(shè)定值,控制器顯示帶速,并使相對(duì)應(yīng)的繼電器發(fā)出信號(hào),同時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)的指示燈(紅色)亮,說(shuō)明皮帶打滑;反之,當(dāng)實(shí)際帶速高于設(shè)定值時(shí),控制器進(jìn)入正常工作,對(duì)應(yīng)指示燈(綠色)亮。繼電器釋放。
3.使用與安裝
本產(chǎn)品的控制箱應(yīng)安裝在膠帶機(jī)機(jī)架上或距監(jiān)測(cè)頭較近的墻壁上(不能大于100米)傳感頭安裝在膠帶機(jī)下皮帶上面且皮帶運(yùn)行比較平穩(wěn)處。傳感頭安裝有兩種方式:一種是講傳感頭焊裝在膠帶機(jī)托輯支架橫梁下面,另外一種可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自行焊接40*40的角鋼做橫梁在角鋼中間處打兩孔( 16 ),孔間距見(jiàn)膠帶機(jī)托棍的間距,將此角鋼固定在托輯支架的螺栓上即可。
4.結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1、先按SET鍵出現(xiàn)數(shù)碼閃爍,再按“<”“A”鍵到顯示9、1、2、3,再按SET鍵出現(xiàn)閃爍,再按“<”“*”鍵調(diào)整運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)速值,再按SET鍵設(shè)置成功。
2、同樣按照以上步驟把顯示9、1、2、3,改為9、4、5、6,進(jìn)行調(diào)整打滑I的轉(zhuǎn)速值。
3、同樣按照以上步驟把顯示9、1、2、3,改為9、7、8、9,進(jìn)行調(diào)整打滑I的轉(zhuǎn)速值。(設(shè)備供電應(yīng)與皮帶機(jī)同步。設(shè)備得電后八秒內(nèi)如檢測(cè)不到一個(gè)信號(hào)示為打滑,反之檢測(cè)到一個(gè)信號(hào)進(jìn)入正常啟動(dòng)程序自適應(yīng)。當(dāng)帶速大于設(shè)定值時(shí)進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài)。如須長(zhǎng)期帶電,應(yīng)在皮帶啟動(dòng)時(shí)在程控室屏蔽設(shè)備觸點(diǎn)。)
(1)為保證檢測(cè)器的可靠工作,檢測(cè)器在接電時(shí)控制器只顯示帶速,不作任何處理,當(dāng)皮帶運(yùn)行到正常轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)開(kāi)始工作既延時(shí)工作。
所以不要接電后就檢測(cè)。
(2)檢測(cè)器內(nèi)部檢測(cè)及控制線路全部采用集成電路,從而大大提高了檢測(cè)器的檢測(cè)精度及可靠性,但是在使用中必須在技術(shù)參數(shù)內(nèi)
工作。

2.Working Principle

When the tape speed is lower than the set value, the controller displays the tape speed and causes the correspondingrelay to send a signal and correspondingly lf the indicator light (red) is on, the belt is slipping; otherwise, when the actual beltspeed is higher than the set value, the controller enters normal work, and the corresponding indicator light (green) is on.Therelay is released.
3.Use& lnstallation

4.Options
1.Press the SET key first to display a digital flash, then press the " <" and "A " keys to display 9,1,2,3, and then press the SET keyto flash, then press the " <" and " A" keys to adjust the running speed.Press SETagain to set successfully.
2.Follow the above steps to display 9,1,2,3, change to 9,4,5,6 to adjust the speed of slip l .
