在輸送帶出現(xiàn)撕裂、戳破、交界處損壞或銳利物凸出時，撕裂開關(guān)能給監(jiān)視人員提供報警信號或關(guān)閉輸送機。撕裂開關(guān)成對安裝在傳送帶兩側(cè)，由兩段乙烯外套的航空鋼絲繩連接起來。航空鋼絲繩的一端固定在支撐托架上;另一端連接在撕裂開關(guān)的拉環(huán)，兩段航空鋼絲繩在傳送帶下形成一個監(jiān)控面，當(dāng)物體或撕裂的皮帶懸吊下來，掃落到航空鋼絲繩時，航空鋼絲繩拉動撕裂開關(guān)拉環(huán)使其動作,撕裂開關(guān)發(fā)出報警或停機信號。
2.工作原理
當(dāng)膠帶運輸現(xiàn)場發(fā)生緊急事故時，拉動系在吊耳上的航空鋼絲繩，使機內(nèi)的滑塊與開關(guān)作用，發(fā)出停機信號。松開鋼絲繩后，開關(guān)自動復(fù)位。
3.使用與安裝
1、開關(guān)平衡地安裝在機架固定支架上。
2、將開關(guān)以對的形式安裝在膠帶兩側(cè)，用鋼絲繩將兩個開關(guān)拉環(huán)連接，并用吊環(huán)使鋼絲繩的走式與膠帶平行。
3、拉繩動作應(yīng)適宜，以確保開關(guān)可靠復(fù)位。一條膠帶可安裝多對開關(guān)。
4、安裝支架不隨開關(guān)提供,需另購買。

When the belt is torn, punctured,damaged at the junction, or a sharp object is protruding, the tear switch can provide an alarmsignal to the monitor or shut down the conveyor.Tear switches are installed in pairs on both sides of the conveyor belt and areconnected by two pieces of vinyl-coated aviation wire rope.One end of the aerial wire rope is fixed on the support bracket. Theother end is connected to the pull ring of the tear switch. The two sections of the aviation wire rope form a monitoring surfaceunder the conveyor belt.When the object or the torn belt is suspended and swept down to the aviation wire rope, the aviationwire rope pulls the tear switch pull ring During its action, the tear switch sends out an alarm or stop signal.
2.Working Principle
When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, the aviation wire rope attached to the lifting lug is pulled to make theslider and switch in the machine act and send out a stop signal.After loosening the wire rope, the switch is automatically reset.
3.Use& Installation
1 .The switch is installed on the rack fixing bracket in a balancedmanner.
2.Install the switches in pairs on both sides of the tape, connectthe two switch pull rings with a wire rope, and use the liftingring to make the wire rope run parallel to the tape.
3.The action of pulling the rope should be appropriate to ensurethe reliable reset of the switch. Multiple pairs of switches canbe mounted on a single piece of tape.
4.The mounting bracket is not provided with the switch and mustbe purchased separately.
