2.工作原理
1、本檢測(cè)器采用測(cè)壓活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，故障排除后，壓簧的推力使之自動(dòng)復(fù)位。

3.使用與安裝
安裝在不受物料直接沖擊的溜槽垂直側(cè)壁上;
產(chǎn)品可分為兩個(gè)一組，安裝高度根據(jù)用戶需要而定，一般安裝于溜槽底部?jī)?nèi)上三分之一高度為宜;
本產(chǎn)品也可用四個(gè)分兩組，一組安裝在溜槽側(cè)壁從底算起三分之一相對(duì)高度，作為輕度堵塞檢測(cè)，用于接振打裝置信號(hào)，當(dāng)溜槽發(fā)生堵塞時(shí)，振打裝置接受到信號(hào)后，并開始振打，另一組安裝底部三分之二處，作為重度堵塞檢測(cè)發(fā)生堵塞時(shí)輸出停機(jī)信號(hào)

One group is installed on the side wall of the chute at a relative heightof one-third from the bottom. lt is used as a light blockage detection to receive the signal of the rapping device. After the devicereceives the signal, it starts to beat. The other two thirds of the bottom of the installation are used to output a stop signal whena heavy blockage occurs.
