2.工作原理
當(dāng)運(yùn)行中的膠帶發(fā)生跑偏現(xiàn)象時(shí)，膠帶邊緣帶動立棍旋轉(zhuǎn)并擠壓使之傾斜，若立棍傾斜角度大于一級動作角度時(shí)，開關(guān)發(fā)出一組開關(guān)信號，如立棍繼續(xù)傾斜大于二級動作角度時(shí)則輸出另一組開關(guān)信號。兩組開關(guān)信號可分別用于告警或停機(jī)，膠帶機(jī)復(fù)位正常運(yùn)行后，立棍自動復(fù)位。

1.將跑偏開關(guān)固定在支架上,然后焊接在膠帶機(jī)架上;
2、立棍軸線與膠帶平面相垂直,立棍與膠帶邊緣距離為L=50100mm膠帶位于立棍下端1/3處;
3、每50M膠帶可安裝跑偏開關(guān)一對;
